Why is clean energy important to you? I love our planet and see no reason to destroy it and ourselves when we have cleaner, safer and cheaper alternatives that are renewable.
What’s your proudest accomplishment in clean energy? Spreading the word and educating the general population with a group of like minded hard working talented environmental superheroes!
What did you do prior to working in clean energy? Sold websites, app development, marketing and advertising. Taught English as a second language in a private school for a few years. Did credit repair, credit counseling and debt management.
How did you first get introduced to clean energy? I have followed its growth and development over the past several decades.
What do you wish more people knew about the clean energy industry? I can get most people home solar for $0 down and lower their monthly electricity bill at the same time by locking in a lower rate for years to come and avoiding all the price increases. Safety from power outages and blackouts is nice too.
What does your job mean to you and your family? It is a sufficient income that I can feel good about knowing I am helping the planet and helping my customers stay safe and save money. It is a win-win situation!
How is clean energy helping your community / state? Reducing pollution and increasing savings are big benefits but the power to produce your own electricity independently is very attractive also.
Why should congress invest in clean energy jobs? Save the planet and its inhabitants. Clean energy is the future. Fossil fuels are dirty, deadly, dumb and done.
