Why is clean energy important to you? Clean energy is important to me because I want to leave this world a cleaner and better place for my children.
What’s your proudest accomplishment in clean energy? Working to establish our company's first ESG program.
What did you do before entering clean energy? I served in the United States Army as a Military Intelligence Officer.

What should more people know about your role? The importance of engaging with local governments and communities, it's essential to the success of the implementation of the Inflation Reduction Act.
What does clean energy mean to you and your family? Before I started my employment with Onyx, I'm not sure if my kids really understood the benefits of clean energy to the environment and they didn't see themselves being a part of the clean energy space because they have had very little exposure to the renewable industry. Now my daughter can see herself working in energy in any capacity she chooses because of me. When we drive in the car, she notices the presence of solar modules on homes and businesses around us. Working in renewables is my second chapter.
Why should Congress invest in clean energy jobs, not fossil fuel jobs? The biggest reason I believe Congress should invest in clean energy is because of climate change. I believe that clean energy jobs are creating employment for those in the development, installation, and manufacturing space.
