WORKER SPOTLIGHT (brought to you by CE4AEF’s Faces of Clean Energy program)
This week, we spotlight Richard Walsh, co-founder and CEO at Madison Energy Investments (MEI), a clean energy developer working across over 25 states.
Before co-founding MEI, Walsh worked in various areas of the energy industry. He led investments of over $300 million in solar projects across dozens of state markets, with clients including Fortune 100 companies, public utilities, and professional sports teams.
Last week, MEI was part of celebrating the completion of the solar project at a Virginia high school, which added 818 panels that are poised to generate an impressive 557.3 MWh annually.
